We were inspired by their ethos and enjoyed collaborating with the team to revitalise their brand and create a more user-friendly, on-brand e-commerce website.
As part of the branding refresh, we enhanced and expanded their brand identity to match the boldness of the Synch bikes. This included designing a new logo icon, as well as creating custom background patterns, textures, illustrations, and iconography.
The new website was built on WordPress with WooCommerce to handle the e-commerce features. The main goals of the redesign were to improve the user experience by making it easier to explore their e-bike range and customise the perfect bike, as well as to create a design that better reflects the brand. Custom graphics were integrated throughout the site, providing a more engaging experience that aligns with the bikes themselves. We also introduced a new mega menu with images of the bikes, allowing customers to quickly view the full range. Additionally, we added product customisation options on individual bike pages, enabling users to easily build their ideal bike, while expanding these pages to provide the necessary information for potential buyers.
