Corporate guidelines (or branding guidelines – same thing) – boring but necessary. Once your branding or your rebranding has been completed you’ll have an exciting new brand ID in front of you but to implement this you’re going to need some rules to follow… Your brand is so much more than just a logo – once your full corporate language has been delivered your brand will come to life. We can create corporate guidelines on a small or large scale, depending on your requirements.

We specialise in designing creative, original and fun illustrations. Our illustration services can encompass character design, icon design, technical illustrations, packaging design, infographics, album artwork, fine art style artwork and animated illustrations/logos. We’re always up for a challenge so there are no limitations to our illustration services.

Using illustration in your marketing is a great way to grab attention, whilst also clearly and visually conveying your message.

Icon Design

An on-brand icon suite allows you to display key facts, figures and company information in a completely personalised way reflective of your brand identity. Whether that’s on your website, in a brochure or in an infographic. Bespoke icon design removes any restrictions (we hate those!) you might come across if you rely on off-the-shelf icons.

We approach icon design the same way we do all design jobs – we’ll review your branding and the type of information you’re wanting to visualise to determine the right style. Icons don’t have to be corporate, they can be fun and different – whether that’s in their content or the design style. We can also undertake projects for icon design as a stand alone project working from your existing branding.

Technical Illustration

Technical illustrations are classed as more detailed illustration work, these can be used in your branding campaigns and marketing collateral – whether that’s digitally or in print. Previous examples of technical illustration work we have created is chalet sketches for a tour operator to use on their website and in social media posts and blending images into a graphical infographic for an event recap.

The style of these illustrations will be kept in keeping with your brand image. Technical illustrations are a great way to add character and a unique style to your brand – send us a brief and we’ll come up with ideas!

Logo Design

A bit more detail on our logo design process... the heart of your brand!

At the heart of your branding you will find your logo – usually the starting point that your whole brand identity develops from.

There is no standard rule to follow for what makes up your logo – it could be just an icon, or just typography, a combination of the two or even an illustration. There are no limits but logos should be adaptable so that are variations to be used for all applications.

Things to consider when briefing for your logo design – where will it be used? Do you have a strap line? Who is your target customer?

Print Design

There will always be a place for strong print design in this digital world

Print design is an often overlooked area of marketing for brands, but in our opinion you just can’t go wrong with a beautifully finished bit of print. Print design comes in many formats; business cards, brochures, stickers, flyers, packaging and stationery.

When designing for print we’ll always need to discuss the usage and processes you will be going for. For example business cards that are being printed digitally will require a different set up and can use different effects to a litho printed, foiled card.

Pushing the boat out on print design can feel like an unnecessary expense in this digital climate, but a well considered, beautifully executed brochure or bit of packaging further reinforces your brand values and ethos. We can guide you through the print process and recommend the best processes for what you’re looking to achieve.
